坚持对外开放政策,增强我国自力更生的能力,是党中央、国务院在新的历史条件下,总结了国内外的经验而作出的一项重要战略决策,对于加快我国的社会主义现代化建设具有重大而深远的意义。大家知道,在我们这样一个大国进行社会主义现代化建设,必须坚持“独立自主,自力更生”的原则。就是说,必须从我国的具体情况出发,主要依靠我国人民的辛勤劳动和聪明才智,充分利用本国的资源,发挥本国的优势,挖掘现有的潜力,来发展我国的经济。而那种一切仰求外力、迷信外国的思想显然是错误的。
