目的:探讨低频脉冲综合治疗仪治疗产后尿潴留的效果和护理。方法:116例产后尿潴留产妇,按分娩先后顺序随机分两组,观察组58例使用北京拓殖智业科技有限公司生产的低频脉冲综合治疗仪治疗;对照组58例按传统方法处理。结果:观察组产妇经低频脉冲综合治疗仪治疗后,尿潴留治愈率与对照组比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:产妇产后尿潴留使用低频脉冲综合治疗仪进行治疗,效果肯定。
Objective: To investigate the effect and nursing of post-natal urinary retention with low-frequency pulse comprehensive treatment instrument. Methods: One hundred and sixteen postpartum women with postpartum urinary retention were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence of delivery. The observation group consisted of 58 cases treated by low frequency pulse comprehensive treatment instrument produced by Beijing Tuzhi Zhiye Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The control group of 58 patients were treated according to the traditional method. Results: The cure rate of urinary retention in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01) after treatment with low frequency pulse comprehensive treatment instrument. Conclusion: Maternal postpartum urinary retention using low-frequency pulse therapy device for treatment, the effect is affirmed.
