~(125)I粒子植入治疗浅表组织转移肿瘤是有效的临床治疗方法,但放射性皮肤损伤是最常见的并发症之一。以往国外文献报道应用可形变的球囊、人类胶原、聚乙二醇凝胶、透明质酸钠凝胶等注入直肠与前列腺间脂肪间隙,可降低放射治疗时直肠照射剂量~([1-3])。本课题组应用透明质酸钠凝胶皮下注射保护~(125)I粒子植入术后的皮肤组织1例,报道如下。
~ (125) I particle implantation in the treatment of superficial tissue metastases is an effective clinical treatment, but radioactive skin lesions are one of the most common complications. Previous foreign literature reports the use of deformable balloon, human collagen, polyethylene glycol gel, sodium hyaluronate gel injected into the rectum and prostate fat gap can reduce the dose of radiation therapy rectal irradiation ~ ([1-3 ]). The research group applied sodium hyaluronate gel subcutaneous injection of ~ (125) I skin graft tissue in 1 case, reported as follows.
