[目的]找出影响重庆市社区预防保健工作开展的因素,探讨发展社区预防保健工作的措施。[方法]对重庆市社区卫生服务中心的管理人员和预防保健人员进行问卷调查或访谈。[结果]社区卫生服务中心及政府对社区预防保健工作重视不够、人员的学历水平较低、结构不合理、居民缺乏预防保健意识等都影响着社区预防保健工作的开展。[结论]为了今后更好的开展社区预防保健工作应该做到重视社区预防保健工作、丰富筹资手段、重视预防保健人员、提高居民的参与率以及发展全民预防保健等。
[Objective] To find out the factors affecting the prevention and health care work in community in Chongqing, and to explore the measures to develop community preventive health care work. [Methods] Conducting questionnaires or interviews with managers and preventive health workers in community health service centers in Chongqing. [Results] Community health service center and government did not pay enough attention to prevention and health care in community, personnel education level was lower, structure is irrational, and residents’ lack of awareness of preventive health care all affected the prevention and care work in community. [Conclusion] In order to better carry out community preventive health care work in the future, we should pay attention to community prevention and care work, enrich financing means, pay attention to preventive health care workers, increase residents’ participation rate and develop universal preventive health care.
