本文通过查阅文献资料和调查走访的方法,对高校体育场馆管理模式进行探讨,对《全民健身条例》背景下的高校体育场地管理模式提出了以下几点措施:(1)积极面向社会筹措资金,完善体育场地设施;(2)体育场地管理走体育产业化的道路,实现社会效益和经济效益双赢;(3)开创“一卡通”服务,提高场馆人员管理效率;(4)积极开展体育指导员培训,拓宽场地经营服务渠道。这些措施对于促进高校体育场馆对社会开放有着重要的指导意义。
This paper discusses the management mode of stadiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities by referring to the literature and survey methods, and puts forward the following measures to the management mode of college sports venues in the context of “National Fitness Regulations”: (1) Actively facing the society to raise funds, Improve sports facilities; (2) Sports venues take the road of sports industrialization to achieve a win-win situation for both social and economic benefits; (3) Create a “one-card service” to improve the management efficiency of venues; and (4) actively develop sports instructor Training, broaden venue management service channels. These measures have an important guiding significance for promoting the opening of college sports venues to the society.
