本文比较了用ELISA法与解剖蚊体法检测恶性疟子孢子的效果。以实验室喂养的乌头按蚊叮咬带配子体的志愿者。每组20只蚊,于第10,11及12天以氯伤致死,解剖10只蚊,检查唾腺中的子孢子;另10只置小指管中冷冻后保存于有干燥剂的容器内,置-20℃ 2~3周。每只蚊加50μl含NP-40的BB液(含1% BSA,0.5%酪蛋白,0.03%硫汞撤及0.01%酚红的PBS)研磨成匀浆后,再加350μl BB液,即成蚊提取液。保存于-20℃备用。以Writz改良的ELISA二点法进行检
