目的探讨复方四黄外洗液对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)的抑菌作用及其机制。方法采用Kirby-Bauer(K-B)法测定不同浓度的复方四黄外洗液体外抑制MRSA生长的情况,检测不同浓度复方四黄外洗液作用下MRSA菌液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性以及钾镁离子的渗漏情况。结果复方四黄外洗液在较低浓度即可抑制MRSA在琼脂平板上的生长,高浓度时抑菌圈直径可达15mm;复方四黄外洗液可以导致受试MRSA菌液ALP、钾离子、镁离子的检出量的改变。结论复方四黄外洗液对MRSA有显著抑制作用,其机制之一可能与影响菌体细胞壁及细胞膜的通透性有关。
Objective To investigate the bacteriostasis and its mechanism of compound four yellow external washings against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Methods Kirby-Bauer (KB) method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of compound Huanghuang external washings on the growth of MRSA in vitro. The activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in MRSA was detected by different concentrations of compound Huanghuang external washings As well as the leakage of potassium and magnesium ions. Results Compound Sihuang Huang lotion can inhibit the growth of MRSA on agar plates at a lower concentration, and the diameter of inhibition zone can reach 15mm at high concentration. The compound Huangsi Huang lotion can cause MRSA bacterial liquid ALP, potassium ion , The detection of magnesium ion changes. Conclusion Fufang Sihuang external washings can significantly inhibit MRSA, and one of the mechanisms may be related to the permeability of cell wall and cell membrane.
