为了了解不同微肥对苏丹草新品系营养生长和种子产量的影响,采用随机田间小区试验的研究方法,比较处理和对照间差异显著性。结果表明:钼具有促使苏丹草提前出苗的作用,与对照比,其全生育期相应缩短了10 d。镁、锌、钼均具有一定使叶宽度增加的作用,3个处理间的差异显著(P<0.05),锌和钼的作用相当,它们比镁的作用强。镁和锌均能促使茎粗有所增加,且处理与对照间差异显著(P<0.05)。施镁、锌、钼均使种子产量有所增加,处理间与对照比均为差异显著(P<0.05),锌和钼的作用均比镁明显。本研究表明在播种时施入适量含锌和钼元素的微肥对苏丹草茎粗、叶宽及种子产量的增加均具有一定的促进作用。
In order to understand the effect of different micronutrients on vegetative growth and seed yield of new sudangrass cultivars, the method of random field plot test was used to compare the differences between treatments and controls. The results showed that molybdenum had the effect of promoting emergence of sudangrass in advance. Compared with the control, the whole growth period of molybdenum shortened by 10 days. Magnesium, zinc and molybdenum all have the effect of increasing the leaf width. The differences among the three treatments are significant (P <0.05). The effects of zinc and molybdenum are comparable and they are stronger than magnesium. Magnesium and zinc can promote the stem diameter increased, and the difference between the treatment and control significantly (P <0.05). Application of magnesium, zinc and molybdenum both increased the seed yield, with significant difference between the treatments and the control (P <0.05), and the effects of zinc and molybdenum were more obvious than that of magnesium. The present study showed that application of micronutrients containing zinc and molybdenum at sowing time had some effects on the stem diameter, leaf width and seed yield of sudangrass.
