根据人事部、国家教育委员会《关于印发高等院校、中等专业学校贯彻(事业单位工作人员工资制度改革方案)三个实施意见的通知》及[1994]8号文件精神——幼儿园保育员原则上执行技术等级工资标准,为加强北京市幼儿园保育员队伍建设,提高保育员思想业务素质,调动广大保育员工作积极性,适应幼教事业发展的需要,北京市教育局特制定幼儿园保育员技术等级标准。全文如下:
