随着我国社会经济的发展,“公交优先”已成为人们的共识。境外(大陆之外)许多城市如香港、库里蒂巴、东京、曼谷等公交优先发展的成效显著,虽然其发展模式各具特色,但取得成功的经验不外乎政府财政投入并制定合理补贴机制;建立快速、合理、便捷的公交系统;强化公交管理与服务;有效控制私车的拥有和使用。这些经验对我国大城市的“公交优先”发展工作和城市交通堵塞情况的改善无疑具有一定的启发意义。
With the socio-economic development of our country, “bus priority ” has become the consensus of people. Many cities outside China (outside the mainland) such as Hong Kong, Curitiba, Tokyo and Bangkok have made remarkable progress in giving priority to development. Although their development models are distinctive, their successful experience is nothing more than the government’s financial investment and the establishment of a reasonable subsidy Mechanism; establish a fast, reasonable and convenient bus system; strengthen bus management and services; effectively control the ownership and use of private cars. These experiences undoubtedly have some enlightenment significance for the development of “bus priority” and the improvement of urban traffic congestion in the big cities of our country.
