目的:建立HPLC法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5m);流动相:乙腈-水(25∶75);流速1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长:277nm;柱温:30℃。结果:连翘苷的浓度在20.34~406.8 0μg·ml~(-1)范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.52%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可有效控制抗病毒口服液的质量。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for the determination of forsythin in antiviral oral solution. Method: Column: ODS column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5m); mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (25:75); flow rate 1.0ml·min -1; detection wavelength: 277nm; column temperature: 30°C. Results: The concentration of forsythin in the range of 20.34~ 406.8 0μg·ml -1 showed a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area (r=1.000 0). The average recovery was 98.52%, and the RSD was 1.3% (n= 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of antiviral oral liquid.
