本文试图从研究硫铁矿床的硫同位素组成特征入手,讨论其机理,为查明硫源性质、成矿温度、判断矿床物理一化学条件及成矿作用的多期性、多成因性等提供有益的信息。本文所指层控硫铁矿床是指那些限制于一定层位的矿床,包括沉积后受变质作用或热液作用叠加一改造或受这些作用综合叠加一改造而形成的矿床。也包括那些受一定层位控制而矿质与同期火山活动有关的矿床。
