目的:探讨E-选择素、整合素β1及细胞间黏附分子-1在肠癌患者血清中的表达、与肠癌侵袭转移及与肠癌患者预后的关系。方法:采用ELISA法定量检测52例健康人(对照组)及82例肠癌患者(肠癌组)术前7d血清E-选择素、整合素β1及细胞间黏附分子-1表达含量,并进行对比、分析。结果:肠癌组术前血清整合素β1、细胞间黏附分子-1水平显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),E-选择素水平两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);三者血清水平与肠癌Dukes分期、淋巴结转移及远处转移有显著相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01),三者之间存在显著相关性(P<0.01),血清E-选择素与血清CEA含量之间存在较弱的相关性(P<0.05),血清CA19–9与细胞间黏附分子-1水平之间存在较弱的相关性(P<0.05),三者水平与患者生存率之间具有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论:E-选择素、整合素β1及细胞间黏附分子-1在肠癌浸润、转移过程中可能起了重要作用,在预测肠癌患者预后方面可能具有一定的作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of E-selectin, integrin β1 and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in the serum of patients with colorectal cancer, and its relationship with the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer and the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: Quantitative detection of serum E-selectin, integrin β1 and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 expression in 52 healthy subjects (control group) and 82 patients with colorectal cancer (intestine cancer group) at 7 days before operation was performed by ELISA. Comparative analysis. RESULTS: Serum integrin β1 and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 levels were significantly higher in the colorectal cancer group than in the control group (all P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the E-selectin level between the two groups (P>0.05). Serum levels were significantly associated with Dukes stage, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis (P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was a significant correlation (P<0.01) between serum levels of E-selectin and serum. There was a weak correlation between CEA levels (P<0.05). There was a weak correlation between serum CA19-9 and ICAM-1 levels (P<0.05). Conclusion: E-selectin, integrin β1 and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer, and may play a certain role in predicting the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.
