随着2013年五月比特币在Mt.Gox交易平台上破纪录地再创新高,这种曾经一度不被看好的虚拟货币戛然出现在人们眼前,世界各国货币爱好者的热情也提升到了一个空前的状态,而在我国范围内,比特币的影响也日益增长,各类国内虚拟货币交易网站,炒币平台也如雨后春笋般多了起来。尽管比特币拥有如此一发不可收拾之势,但在业界,仍有许多人对这种人类历史上首次出现的虚拟货币持怀疑态度。那么,究竟比特币的源头和基础是什么?在未来,这种新兴的虚拟币种是否能够对人类社会起到变革性的作用?本文将从货币学的角度对这两个问题进行剖析。
