Objective By using bioelectrical impedance analysis, the values of muscular mass of Tibetans’ juveniles were obtained by measuring the muscular mass of Tibetan teenagers in Tibet, and the muscular quality of Tibetan adolescents in Tibet was discussed. The characteristics and rules of muscular development of Tibetan adolescents in Tibet were also discussed. Methods A total of 1427 Tibetan males (710 males and 717 females) were selected randomly from Tibetans healthy adolescents under the condition of informed consent. All the subjects were tested by body composition analyzer , The body mass of muscle, trunk muscle mass, left upper limb, right upper limb, left lower limb, right lower extremity muscle mass. All results were entered into the SPSS19.0 statistical package and subjected to independent sample t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results The body mass, trunk muscle mass, left upper extremity, right upper extremity, left lower extremity, and right lower extremity muscle mass of Tibetan adolescents in all ages in each age group had sex difference before 12 years old, but not obvious. After 12 years of age, the above data There was a significant difference between the sexes, showing more men than women (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and with age, this difference becomes more apparent. After 12 years of age, there was a significant drop in the growth rate of women, but the trend of men’s decline began to decline after the age of 15, while women now almost reached the stage of muscle growth and development. Conclusion The muscular content of Tibetans with age is related to the level of hormone secretion in the body, reflecting the physiological characteristics at different developmental stages.
