采用高能球磨法制备超细WC-Co硬质合金。研究了1 390℃真空通Ar常规烧结后再热等静压烧结(HIP),烧结温度1 320℃,80 MPa下保温60 min对WC-Co硬质合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:1 390℃真空通Ar烧结,可获得组织细小、综合性能好的YG8、YG10超细硬质合金。其中YG8超细硬质合金硬度达93.8 HRA,抗弯强度达2 290 MPa,YG10超细硬质合金硬度达93.3 HRA,抗弯强度达2 250 MPa。真空通Ar常规烧结再HIP能提高合金的致密度,但会使WC晶粒长大,硬度、抗弯强度、矫顽磁力等性能均下降。
Preparation of ultrafine WC-Co cemented carbide by high energy ball milling. The effects of hot isostatic pressing sintering (HIP) at 1 390 ℃ vacuum-pass Ar conventional sintering, sintering temperature of 1320 ℃ and holding temperature of 80 MPa for 60 min on the microstructure and properties of WC-Co cemented carbide were investigated. The results show that 1 390 ℃ vacuum sintering Ar sintering can be obtained fine structure, good overall performance YG8, YG10 ultrafine cemented carbide. YG8 ultrafine cemented carbide hardness of 93.8 HRA, bending strength of 2 290 MPa, YG10 ultrafine cemented carbide hardness of 93.3 HRA, bending strength of 2 250 MPa. Vacuum pass conventional sintering HIP HIP can improve the alloy density, but will make WC grain growth, hardness, bending strength, coercivity and other properties are reduced.
