Apple机是当前我国社会拥有量最多的一种系统微机,TP801则是数量最多的一种单板机。TP801因其价格低廉、结构敞开、易于掌握和便于扩充等原因,已被广泛应用于小型现场控制。但TP801的数据处理能力较弱,不象Apple机拥有磁盘,软件丰富,在插入Z-80卡后还可运行CP/M操作系统,有较强的数据处理能力。如能用Apple机作为TP801的上级机,则可构成一种最廉价的分布集散式控制系统。这样做可以充分发挥这两类微机的潜力,互相取长补短,提高效益和控制水平。
