中职学校培养技能型人才的重要手段就是实训教学,而国际货运代理课程作为国际商务、国际物流专业的骨干课程,其实训教学实践在创新人才培养模式方面还存在一些不足,需要从教学模式、教学理念、教学内容等方面进行改革才能适应货代行业发展对应用型国际货代人才的需要。
The important means for training skilled talents in secondary vocational schools is practical training. International freight forwarding courses are the backbone courses for international business and international logistics. Their practical training teaching practices still have some deficiencies in the training mode of innovative talents. They need to be taught. The reforms in modes, teaching concepts, teaching content, etc. can adapt to the needs of the freight forwarding industry for application-oriented international freight forwarding talents.
