协同创新已成为整合区域创新资源、提高区域创新效率、推动区域经济社会发展的重要途径。本文根据以政府为主导、以产业为依托、以企业为主体的协同创新路径,结合协同创新的3种模式(技术联动协同创新、产业转移协同创新、功能定位协同创新),提出加快促进广西北部湾经济区区域协同创新的对策建议。
Collaborative innovation has become an important way to integrate regional innovation resources, improve regional innovation efficiency and promote regional economic and social development. Based on the three paths of government-led, industry-based, and enterprise-based collaborative innovation, and combining with three models of collaborative innovation (synergistic innovation of technology linkage, synergistic innovation of industry transfer and collaborative innovation of function orientation), this paper proposes accelerating the promotion of northern Guangxi Countermeasures and Suggestions for Collaborative Innovation in the Gulf Economic Zone.
