提高民族素质的奠基工程是基础教育,抓住农村教育则是关键,义务教育质量与效益如何,初中阶段教学显得尤为重要。办好农村初中学校教育,不仅是落实“两基”重中之重的问题,而且直接关系到农村社会主义现代化建设。通过完善评课制度并合理运用评价结果,势必能既促进教师改进教学,又可避免教师降低对学生的要求,还可以为绩效工资制的实施提供支持。
The foundation construction project to improve the national quality is basic education. It is the key to seize rural education. The quality and effectiveness of compulsory education is very important. Teaching in junior middle school is particularly important.
