硅谷的棒子不是终身制,谁都可以来接棒,只要你的产品足够酷、足够好。我们的棒子需要混年头、熬资历,科级创业者是不能直接当上厅级创业者的。1961年,李敖发表了震惊台湾文坛的成名作:《老年人与棒子》。这位日后的“大师”在文章中说道:他担心的是老年人不但不肯把棒子交出来,反而在青年人头上打一棒。彼时的李敖26岁,恃才傲物,以自由主义者自居。这些话说给谁听,不言自明。
