目的:探讨不同炮制方法对广西莪术挥发油中牻牛儿酮含量的影响。方法:按中国药典法提取广西莪术不同炮制品中的挥发油。高效液相色谱法测定牻牛儿酮的含量,SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液(60∶40),流速为1.00 mL/min;检测波长为210 nm;进样量为10μL,柱温45℃。结果:3种炮制品=牛儿酮在0.64~3.20μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.43%。广西莪术不同炮制品牻牛儿酮的含量为:生品>醋炙品>醋煮品。结论:不同炮制方法对广西莪术牻牛儿酮含量有一定的影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different processing methods on the content of geranyl ketone in volatile oil of Guangxi Curcuma. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Law, the volatile oils in different processed products of Guangxi Ezhu were extracted. HPLC determination of geranyl ketone content, SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column; mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous acetic acid (60:40), flow rate 1.00 mL/min; detection wavelength is 210 nm; sample volume is 10 μL; column temperature is 45°C. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the three processed products = gerberone in the range of 0.64 to 3.20 μg, and the average recovery was 100.43%. The content of yakulone in different processed products of Guangxi Ezhu is: raw product> vinegar and vinegar product> vinegar cooking product. Conclusion: Different processing methods have a certain influence on the content of zebrafish zebrafish in Guangxi.
