不管国家之间的关系如何,都可以利用对方的弱点进行“讨价还价”式的讨论；把人民币兑美元的汇率保持在8：1的水平,目前对中国来说至关重要；美国的有些人总在谈判时提起“中国威胁论”这个议案,只是想吓唬中国罢了,中国政府不应因此而做出对自己不利的调整；人民币区域的逐渐建立和扩大,对美国是有好处的,实际上是中国人帮助美国人扩大了美元区,只不过美国人还没有意识到这一点；我们应该着眼于今后的20年,需要保持世界金融货币体系在亚洲地区的稳定,中国应该在其中发挥领导作用；与其允许大陆的劳动力去台湾,倒不如吸引更多的台湾资金来大陆。
