介绍了大间隔采样积分控制方法在具有纯滞后特性的皮带配料系统中的应用,讨论了在实际应用中需要考虑的几个问题.理论分析和仿真结果表明本文所介绍的方法具有不需精确对象模型、对滞后时间参数具有一定鲁棒性等特点.金川选矿厂皮带配料系统的实验数据也表明了本方法的有效性.
This paper introduces the application of large-interval sampling integral control method in belt dosing system with pure hysteresis characteristics and discusses some problems that need to be considered in the practical application.The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the method presented in this paper has the advantages of not requiring accurate objects Model and lag time parameters have some characteristics of robustness.Experimental data of belt dressing system in Jinchuan concentrator also shows the effectiveness of this method.
