随着社会主义市场经济的发展,我国长期实行的农村户口和城市户口“二元”户籍制度的弊端日益凸显出来,严重阻碍了社会的正常流动,形成了城市与农村、城市居民与农民之间的不可逾越的鸿沟。因此,为全面构建社会主义和谐社会,实现城乡协调发展,必须要从改革二元户籍制度着手,逐步建立城乡标准统一的管理制度,实现城乡一体化。
With the development of the socialist market economy, the drawbacks of the “dual” household registration system that has been practiced in China for a long time have become increasingly prominent.
