The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a very important conference held at a decisive stage in building an overall well-to-do society in our country. The work report and the new party constitution passed by the 18th CPC National Congress are the ideological guidelines and action programs for the entire party, the entire army, and the people of all nationalities throughout the country. They are also the ideological guidelines and action programs for the vast number of enterprises in China, especially the cadres and workers of central enterprises.
