目的:通过丹参滴眼作用于大鼠糖性白内障模型眼的实验,分析丹参滴眼对大鼠晶状体的影响。方法:经大鼠阴茎背静脉注射链脲佐菌素制备大鼠糖性白内障(DC)模型。实验分为STZ模型组、丹参滴眼组和空白对照组,每周裂隙灯显微镜照相机记录晶状体变化。于6个月后实验结束时处死大鼠,取晶状体检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:裂隙灯观察丹参滴眼组晶状体混浊程度明显低于模型组。丹参滴眼组与模型组相比晶状体上皮细胞中SOD活性增高,MDA降低。结论:本组丹参滴眼可减轻糖尿病大鼠晶状体的混浊程度。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of Danshen eye drops on the lens of rats by the experiment of the effect of Danshen eye drops on rat cataract model eye. METHODS: Rat model of diabetic cataract (DC) was prepared by injecting streptozotocin intravenously into the rat’s penis. The experiments were divided into STZ model group, Salvia miltiorrhiza group and blank control group. The changes of the lens were recorded with a weekly slit lamp microscope camera. At the end of the experiment, the rats were sacrificed 6 months later. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were measured in the lens. RESULTS: The degree of turbidity in the lens of Danshen eye drops group was significantly lower than that of the model group. Compared with the model group, the SOD activity in the lens epithelial cells increased and the MDA decreased in the Dan Shen eye drops group. Conclusion: This group of Danshen eye drops can reduce the degree of lens opacification in diabetic rats.
