绩效管理是现代化企业管理的重要手段,是落实公司战略和保证业务流程高效运转的最重要的激励约束机制。2015年,中共中央、国务院印发了《关于进一步深化电力体制改革的若干意见》,指出将有序放开输配以外的竞争性环节电价,有序向社会资本放开配售电业务。这意味着新一轮的电改即将拉开序幕。同时,也意味着对电力企业的内部管理提出更高更迫切的要求,以适应新的形势变化。而从实际来看,电力企业正处于由传统管理向现代化管理的转变阶段,在电力体制改革的大背景下,发挥各级领导员工的主观能动性和工作积极性,从而促进企业内部管理水平的整体提升,绩效管理就变得越发关键。
