以大豆品种“辽豆17”、“辽豆18”和“辽豆23”子叶节为外植体诱导不定芽的发生。结果表明:随着培养基中6-BA浓度的增加,每块外植体上不定芽的数量呈增加的趋势,当向1/2MSB培养基中添加0.05 mg·L-1IBA和4.0 mg·L-16-BA时,不定芽的诱导率最高。比较不同的外植体获得方法,保留半片子叶的外植体诱导丛生芽的效果好于不保留子叶的外植体。1/2 MSB+0.5 mg·L-16-BA+0.05 mg·L-1IBA是适宜的不定芽伸长培养基。1/2MSB+1.0 mg·L-1IBA是适宜的生根培养基。
Adventitious buds were induced by using soybean cotyledons “Liaodong 17”, “Liaodou 18” and “Liaodou 23” as explants. The results showed that with the increase of 6-BA concentration, the number of adventitious buds per explant tended to increase. When 1 / 2MSB medium was added with 0.05 mg · L-1 IBA and 4.0 mg · L -16-BA, the highest induction rate of adventitious buds. Comparing different explant acquisition methods, explants that retain half-leaf explants are better than explants that do not retain the cotyledons. 1/2 MSB + 0.5 mg · L-16-BA + 0.05 mg · L -1 IBA is a suitable adventitious bud elongation medium. 1 / 2MSB + 1.0 mg · L-1IBA is a suitable rooting medium.
