全省科技战线的同志们:在全省人民认真学习,深入贯彻党的十二大和五届人大五次会议精神,努力全面开创社会主义现代化建设新局面的热潮中,我们来自科协及其所属学会、协会、研究会的三百多名代表会聚南昌,光荣地出席全省科协系统先进个人和先进集体表彰大会,听取了省委领导的讲话,交流了经验,进一步解放了思想,开阔了眼界,增长了才干,受到了很大的鼓舞。我们怀着必胜的信心,向全省科技工作者倡议:
