采用绒毛组织体外孵育模型,观察了脱氢表雄酮对人早期胎盘滋养层组织孕酮分泌的可能影响。结果表明,高浓度(10-6mol/L以上)的脱氢表雄酮及其硫酸盐可以显著地抑制体外孵育的人早期胎盘滋养层组织的孕酮分泌(P<0001),低浓度则无效应。脱氢表雄酮及其硫酸盐抑制孕酮分泌的影响不依赖于其芳香化产物雌激素。芳香化酶抑制剂4羟基雄烯二酮也能抑制孕酮分泌(P<0001),但其作用可被17β-雌二醇逆转。推测脱氢表雄酮及其硫酸盐抑制滋养层组织孕酮分泌的效应可能是其自身的功能,并依赖于其含量水平。
The in vitro incubation model of chorionic villi was used to observe the possible effect of dehydroepiandrosterone on progesterone secretion in human early placental trophoblast tissue. The results showed that DHEA and its sulfate at high concentration (10-6mol / L and above) significantly inhibited the progesterone secretion (P <0001) in early human placental trophoblast cells cultured in vitro, No effect. Dehydroepiandrosterone and its sulfate inhibition of progesterone secretion does not depend on its aromatization product estrogen. Aromatase inhibitor 4-hydroxy androstenedione also inhibited progesterone secretion (P <0001), but its effect was reversed by 17β-estradiol. It is speculated that the effect of dehydroepiandrosterone and its sulfate on the inhibition of progesterone secretion in trophoblast tissue may be its own function and depends on its level of content.
