双硫仑样反应(disulfiram-like activity)是患者应用头孢菌素(特别是第三代头孢菌素)、呋喃唑酮、甲硝唑等药物后饮酒出现面色潮红、心悸、胸闷、呼吸困难、血压降低等严重不适的反应,严重者可致死亡。患者应用上述药物的过程中、甚至在停药后的一段时间(一周)内,少量饮酒即可发生双硫仑样反应。但临床发现先饮酒,再用头孢菌素未发生上述反应,报道如下。
