本文基于Hofstede的五维文化差异理论,设计了由5个维度、24个因子和89个条目组成的测量中西组织文化差异的检测量表,运用该量表对中德企业管理者进行测试,取得的数据并通过了Cronbach’s Alpha信度检验和KMO和Bartlett’s结构效度检验。中德数据的独立样本检验结果显示中德企业在不确定性规避、个人主义和长期取向三个维度上的组织文化具有显著性差异。因此,该量表有助于中西组织通过文化检测强化文化优势、修正文化缺陷、并通过组织学习提高经营绩效。
Based on Hofstede’s theory of five-dimensional cultural differences, this paper designs a five-dimensional scale with 24 factors and 89 entries to measure the cultural differences between Chinese and western organizations. Using this scale, we test the Chinese and German business managers and obtain And passed Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test and KMO and Bartlett’s structural validity test. The independent sample test results of Sino-German data show that the Sino-German enterprises have significant differences in organizational culture in terms of uncertainty avoidance, individualism and long-term orientation. Therefore, the scale helps Chinese and Western organizations to strengthen their cultural superiority through cultural inspections, correct cultural defects and improve their operational performance through organizational learning.
