近几年来,随着生活水平不断提高,人们保健意识不断增强,饮食习惯逐步改变,对草食畜需求量逐年增加,牛羊肉越来越受到消费者的青睐,市场价格逐年攀升。腾冲县结合云南省关于加快高原特色农业发展的部署,高度重视畜牧业发展,特别是奶水牛、肉牛、肉羊等草食畜产业发展。为准确掌握腾冲县饲草资源状况,充分挖掘草原潜力,本文对腾冲县县饲草饲料资源现状进行了详实调查,为今后发展草食畜产业提供参考。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of living standards, people’s awareness of health care has been continuously enhanced, and their eating habits have been gradually changed. The demand for grass, animal and livestock has been increasing year by year. As beef and mutton are increasingly favored by consumers, market prices have risen year by year. Tengchong County, Yunnan Province, on the speeding up the development of agriculture on the plateau characteristics of the deployment, attaches great importance to the development of animal husbandry, especially milk buffalo, beef cattle, sheep and other grass and livestock industry development. In order to accurately grasp the status of forage grass resources in Tengchong County and fully exploit the potential of grasslands, this paper conducted a detailed investigation on the current status of forage grass resources in Tengchong County and provided reference for the development of grass, livestock and poultry industries in the future.
