目的 用科学的方法研究药用植物提取物的药理作用。方法 恒定水温水浴提取植物成分;精密测定小鼠胸腺和脾脏的重量;喷雾引咳法测定药物对小鼠的止咳作用,气管段分泌分光光度法测定药物对小鼠的祛痰作用。结果 各提取物有不同程度的免疫作用,它们有明显的祛痰作用,有不同程度的止咳作用。
Objective To study the pharmacological effects of medicinal plant extracts using scientific methods. Methods A constant temperature and water bath was used to extract plant components. The weights of thymus and spleen were measured accurately. The antitussive effect of drugs on mice was measured by spray cough method. The sputum effect of drugs on mice was determined by tracheal section secretion spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The extracts had different degrees of immune action. They had obvious phlegm effects and had different degrees of antitussive effect.
