目的:为了保证和促进集体园所儿童身体健康,对儿童保健提供依据和提出改进措施。方法:对2011年3～5月江南区32所幼儿园的6 130例儿童健康检查的资料进行分析。结果:身高达标率60.19%,体重达标率55.43%,肥胖率8.55%,营养不良率3.00%,龋齿率39.33%,贫血率4.21%,视力不良率1.78%。结论:应加强幼儿园儿童保健工作,尤其是龋齿和肥胖患儿的管理,加强与患儿家长的沟通,共同维护孩子的健康。
OBJECTIVE: In order to ensure and promote the physical health of children in a collective garden, provide the basis for child health care and propose improvement measures. Methods: The data of 6 130 cases of child health examination in 32 kindergartens in Jiangnan District from March to May, 2011 were analyzed. Results: The body height compliance rate was 60.19%, body weight compliance rate was 55.43%, obesity rate was 8.55%, malnutrition rate was 3.00%, dental caries was 39.33%, anemia rate was 4.21%, and vision impairment rate was 1.78%. Conclusion: Nursing care for children in kindergartens should be strengthened, especially for children with dental caries and obesity. Communication with parents of children should be strengthened so as to jointly safeguard children’s health.
