以活性炭(AC)为原料,利用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)合成了AC-g-PSSt Na有机无机杂化材料,并对其进行FT-IR、SEM、XPS表征。以AC-g-PSSt Na为载体对辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)进行固定化,比较游离酶和固定化酶的pH稳定性、热稳定性及储存稳定性。结果表明,Ac-g-PSSt Na固定化HRP的pH稳定性及热稳定性均强于游离酶,特别是在高温范围内表现出高的催化活性;在碱性环境中固定化酶的活性比游离酶高。可见AC-g-PSSt Na复合材料可有效地应用于固定化HRP。
AC-g-PSSt Na organic-inorganic hybrid materials were synthesized by atomic transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) using activated carbon (AC) as raw material and characterized by FT-IR, SEM and XPS. HRP was immobilized with AC-g-PSSt Na as carrier, and the pH stability, thermal stability and storage stability of free enzyme and immobilized enzyme were compared. The results showed that the pH stability and thermal stability of Ac-g-PSSt Na-immobilized HRP were stronger than that of free enzyme, especially in the high temperature range. In the alkaline environment, the immobilized enzyme activity ratio Free enzyme high. Visible AC-g-PSSt Na composite material can be effectively applied to immobilized HRP.
