黄河三门峡至花园口区间(简称三花间,下同)实时遥测洪水予报系统中的水文模型,大体上分为两大部分——以产流问题为中心的产汇流模型和以洪水演算为主的河道洪水演算问题。本文着重介绍1981年4月美国福克斯(FOX)博士在郑州讲学中有关河道洪水演算的方法,以及我们应用该法所得到的初步成果。
