辽宁省清原满族自治县集体林经营方案审定会议于1992年6月17日至18日在清原县召开。北京林业大学于政中教授、李海文副教授,林业部资源司翁宜民处长,辽宁省林业厅许万英厅长等60多位专家、学者参加了会议,会议听取了县林业局局长、编案领导小组副组长高春田同志关于编案过程和内容的汇报。与会同志以高度负责精神经过认真讨论和审议,一致审定通过了《清原满族自治县集体林经营方案》。
Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County of Liaoning Province collective forest management program validation meeting was held June 17, 1992 to 18 in Qingyuan County. More than 60 experts and scholars, including Professor Yu Zhengzhong, Associate Professor Li Haiwen from Beijing Forestry University, Director WENG Yi-min from the Resources Department of the Ministry of Forestry, and Director Xu Wan-ying from Forestry Department of Liaoning Province attended the conference. The meeting heard the director of the County Forestry Bureau, Comrade Gao Chuntian, leader of the report on the process and content of the compilation. The participating comrades seriously considered and deliberated with a high degree of responsibility and unanimously examined and approved the “Collective Forest Management Plan of Qingyuan Manchu Autonomous County.”
