本人1981年以来用复方链霉素点眼剂治疗电光性眼炎31例,在减轻症状,防止并发症,缩短病程等方面均收到良好效果。临床资料一、一般情况 31例均直视过电焊或气焊的白热光。其中男25例,女6例。年龄8～51岁。发病至就诊时间;1h以内11例,1～2h 7例,2～3h 9例,3h以上4例。二、治疗方法氯霉素眼药水空瓶一只(其它点眼剂的空瓶亦可),0.1%肾上腺素1ml,2%普鲁卡因2ml,链霉素0.58(注射用水稀释后取2ml),用5ml注射器将其注入瓶内,再吸注射用水3～5ml注入小瓶内。尔后嘱患者第1小时内,每10min点眼1次,每只眼3滴。第2～4h;每1h点1次。以后,每天3～4次,至症状消失。三、结果临床症状缓解时间,30min以内21例,0.5～1h9例,2h后症状稍有缓解1例。治疗期间,除1人续用第2瓶药液外,余患者皆为用药一瓶以内。临床症状完全缓解。全部患者无一人继发眼部感染。
