评述传统合成方法在制备钇铝石榴石(YAG)荧光粉的缺点,说明气相法制备钇铝石榴石荧光粉的优点,以及应用于白光LED所具有的显著优势。
The disadvantages of the traditional synthesis methods in the preparation of YAG phosphors are reviewed. The advantages of the Yttrium Aluminum Garnet phosphors prepared by the vapor phase method and the significant advantages of the YAG phosphor are summarized.
