近几年,电信产业虽然增长迅猛,但由于人为的进入壁垒造成长期垄断,致使效率低下,竞争力不强。我国已经入世,外资必定会大举进入我国电信服务市场,给我国电信产业带来巨大冲击。要想减轻外资的冲击,应采取相应措施,如建立完善电信保障体系,加强电信立法,扩大电信准入和有效竞争,制造对电信产品的需求等。
In recent years, although the telecom industry has enjoyed rapid growth, its long-term monopoly resulting from artificial barriers to entry has led to inefficiencies and weak competitiveness. China has joined the WTO and foreign investment will surely enter the telecom service market in our country in a big way, bringing a tremendous impact on China’s telecom industry. In order to reduce the impact of foreign investment, corresponding measures should be taken, such as establishing and perfecting the telecommunication security system, strengthening telecommunications legislation, expanding telecommunications access and effective competition, and creating the demand for telecommunications products.
