目的:通过Typodont模拟架实验,模拟正畸治疗的临床过程,研究单翼低摩擦力托槽系统在解除牙列拥挤时的效果。方法:先建立2个错畸形完全一致的上颌Typodont模拟架,分别在2个上颌Typodont的牙模型的临床冠中心,用光固化树脂粘结3M公司的MBT标准直丝弓托槽和新研制的单翼低摩擦力托槽,使用0.014英寸超弹Ni-Ti丝排齐上颌牙。分别行2个上颌Typodont牙模型的托槽与弓丝单独结扎,弓丝完全入槽。结扎紧度由同一人操作控制。2个模型同时置于同一恒温水浴箱内,45℃保持4min,取出模型,重新测量2个上颌Typodont的牙模型的牙列拥挤度,计算出牙列拥挤度的减小值。重复上述实验10次,采用SPSS12.0软件包对实验数据进行t检验,比较2种托槽对解除牙列拥挤的效果。结果:用MBT标准直丝弓托槽(3M)组,牙列拥挤度平均减小2.58mm,新研制单翼低摩擦力托槽组平均减小5.49mm(P<0.05)。结论:新研制的单翼低摩擦力托槽系统在Typodont模拟架上解除牙列拥挤的效果优于MBT标准直丝弓托槽系统。
OBJECTIVE: To simulate the clinical course of orthodontic treatment by Typodont simulation gantry experiment to study the effect of single-wing low-friction brackets system in relieving crowding. METHODS: Two maxillary Typodont simulator racks with the same malocclusion and deformity were established, and the MBT standard straight brackets of 3M Company were glued with light-cured resin in the clinical crowns center of two maxillary models of Typodont. Developed single-wing low-friction bracket, the use of 0.014-inch super-elastic Ni-Ti wire alignment maxillary teeth. The braces of two maxillary Typodont dental models were individually ligated with the archwire, and the archwire was completely inserted into the slot. Tightness is controlled by the same person. The two models were placed in the same constant temperature water bath at 45 ℃ for 4 min. The model was taken out and the crowding degree of the two maxilla models was measured again to calculate the reduction of crowding degree. Repeat the above experiment 10 times, using SPSS12.0 software package for t-test data to compare the two kinds of brackets on the lifting of crowding effect. Results: The crowding degree of dentition decreased by 2.58mm on average with MBT standard straight brackets (3M), and the mean value of the newly developed single-wing low friction brackets decreased by 5.49mm (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The newly developed single-wing low-friction brackets system outperforms crowbar crowding on the Typodont dummy truss frame over the MBT standard straight-wire bracket system.
