本文研究了电离辐射和化学致癌剂对鼠胚原代培养细胞SCE和染色体畸变发生频率的影响。结果说明SCE可以作为检测化学致癌剂的一个比较敏感的指标。电离辐射和化学致癌剂对SCE及染色体畸变的诱发具有明显的不同。这种不同可能与它们致癌作用的机制和致癌作用的强弱有关。此外,本实验说明鼠胚原代培养细胞,在研究电离辐射和化学致癌剂对SCE的诱发中是一个较好的靶细胞。
This article studies the effects of ionizing radiation and chemical carcinogens on the frequency of SCE and chromosomal aberrations in primary cultured mouse embryos. The results show that SCE can be used as a sensitive indicator of chemical carcinogens. Ionizing radiation and chemical carcinogens have significant differences in the induction of SCE and chromosomal aberrations. This difference may be related to their carcinogenic mechanism and carcinogenicity. In addition, the present experiment shows that primary culture of mouse embryo cells is a good target cell for studying the induction of SCE by ionizing radiation and chemical carcinogen.
