This year marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Xi Zhongxun, an older proletarian revolutionary. In mid-to-late November 1985, Xi Zhongxun, then a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Secretariat, came to Jiangxi to inspect and guide his work. In Nanchang, he visited the August 1 Uprising Memorial Hall and the Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall in Jiangxi Province. After listening to the work report of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, he delivered an important speech. In Ji’an, Ganzhou, Fuzhou, he traveled 1280 kilometers to listen to the three prefectures and their respective Jinggangshan, Ning Gang, Suichuan, Xingguo, Ruijin, Guangchang, Nancheng seven counties, the work report of the municipal party committee,
