本文报导84例复合性酸硷失衡的血气值分析。其中,呼酸并代酸组6例、呼酸并代硷组11、呼硷并代酸组25例、代酸并呼硷组30例、呼硷并代硷组12例。呼吸系疾病为36例(42.86%),其它疾病48例(57.14%)。判断酸硷失衡需要结合临床情况细致分析动脉血气值。应用酸硷失衡预计代偿公式有助于诊断复合性酸硷失衡。超越生理限度的“反应”常提示有复合性酸硷失衡的存在。
This article reports 84 cases of complex acid-base imbalance blood gas value analysis. Among them, Huo acid and acid group 6 cases, Huo acid and alkaline group 11, Calyx and substituting acid group 25 cases, the acid and Calyx group 30 cases, Calyx and Alkali group 12 cases. Respiratory diseases were 36 cases (42.86%), other diseases in 48 cases (57.14%). Judgment of acid-base imbalance need careful analysis of arterial blood gas values combined with clinical conditions. The application of acid-base imbalance prediction formula is expected to help diagnose complex acid-base imbalance. Beyond the physiological limits of the “reaction” often prompted the existence of complex acid-base imbalance.
