文章介绍了铁矿物熔滴试验装置的组成和流程、各部构造和原理、还介绍了试验参效的自动检测;对加热炉炉膛温度的分布、炉体表面温度、操作温度和试样温度的关系。各部件的密封性能、压杆空白膨胀值和密封缸与荷重滑筒间的摩擦阻力等进行了测定;还对不同荷重量、不同还原气量和不同预还原等条件进行了对比试验和重现性试验。试验结果表明,铁矿物熔滴试验装置,设计较为合理,仪表配套齐全,还原气体的制取可以满足高温性能的试验要求。
This article introduces the composition and process of iron mineral droplet test device, the construction and principle of each part, and also introduces the automatic test of test parameters. The furnace temperature distribution, furnace surface temperature, operating temperature and sample temperature relationship. The sealing performance of each component, the blank expansion value of the strut and the frictional resistance between the seal cylinder and the load-bearing slide were measured. The comparative tests and reproducibility were also conducted for different load amounts, different reduction gas volumes and different pre-reduction conditions test. The test results show that the iron mineral droplet test device, the design is reasonable, complete instrument, reducing gas preparation to meet the high temperature performance test requirements.
