作者对两组年幼大白鼠髁状突颈部骨折分别采用非骨间固定与骨间固定,观察比较两种处理方法对下颌骨生长发育的长期影响。结果表明:两种处理均对下颌骨生长发育产生了一定的影响,表现为髁头较小,髁颈增厚,下颌骨体校长,喙突较短。但下颌骨生长发育基本完成,除固定组升枝较短于健侧外,其余左右侧基本对称。两种处理间各项比较均无显著性差异。本研究结果提示对年轻者髁状夹颈部骨折可采取保守治疗。
The authors used non-osteosynthesis and interosseous fixation of condylar neck fractures in two groups of young rats. The long-term effects of the two treatments on mandibular growth and development were observed and compared. The results showed that both treatments had some effects on the growth and development of the mandible. The results showed that the condylar head was smaller, the condyle was thicker, the length of mandibular body and the coracoid were shorter. However, the growth and development of the mandible was basically completed, except that in the fixed group, the ascending branches were shorter than the contralateral ones and the other left and right sides were basically symmetrical. There was no significant difference between the two treatments. The results of this study suggest that conservative treatment of neck fractures in young patients may be taken condyle.
