在竞争日趋激烈的环境中,教师的压力很大。为此,我用多种方式激励教师,以此来开发他们的各种能力,引领他们快乐地享受工作。
In an increasingly competitive environment, teachers are under great pressure. To this end, I use a variety of ways to motivate teachers in order to develop their various abilities and lead them to enjoy their work happily.
