敞开大门,充分发扬民主,坚定地相信和依靠群众,是搞好这次“三讲”教育的基本方法和重要保证。今后,在领导班子的建设中,也应体现这一思想。一是正确发扬民主,把握好“敞开大门”的基本原则。坚持实事求是,对干部存在的问题,有一说一,有二说二,既不夸大也不缩小。坚持整风不整人,提意见、开展批评既要不讲情面,又要从团结的愿望出发,通过摆事实、讲道理、论危害,达到教育帮助的目的,不能无限上纲、乱扣帽子,更不能发泄
